Honestly,I am a loyal customer who always fly on AirAsia.Air Asia is the only airlines in Malaysia that provide special prices for the customer to enjoy them self.Even there are certain group of people who do complain about AirAsia as we got to buy our food and drink and it seem that the seat are to small for those who are tall.
Despite all the complain they still choose AirAsia as they are the best and they know how to value their customer but providing them low fair rate.
