This decision had been rules by the court today after a long battle between Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir and Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddinn from the 5 Feb 2009 as BN has picked Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir as the Menteri Besar Perak.
Finally after 4 months battle the court rules that Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir is Perak Menteri Besar.But of course there are certain parties who is not happy with the decison as the DAP's Lim Kit Siang,said today's decision could spark more unhappiness with the administration of Datuk Seri Najib Razak.And he even says that the best solution remains the dissolution of the state assembly to pave the way for fresh elections.

I agree with the statement he made because the Perak citizens have the right to vote who they really want to be the Menteri Besar.Fresh elections is the best way to solve all the problem in Perak.
