Problem will be on work and financial
Next married life as this is not easy
Many people have take care and
Financial must be fine and must compromise everyone

Then to tink of kids is another headache..
That's why I say life is full of problem
And there are ways to solve it
And do things carefully

Lucky Me

Well as you all know that I had to wait
For the Queen Mohana to get ready yesterday
Wat happen after that was
We went and study at our normal place that we use to study
After 5 hour of studying
We were hungry
We decided to buy "polo bun"
Yummy..Yummy..Yummy..
After that I drop her back home..
And I head back home as I got to do some cleaning at home
While on the way back
Mohana called telling that her hp is in my car
And I am so sorry Mohana as I can't turn back to your place as is too far
So she told me that she wanted to come around 6 to get back her hp
But lucky not only for her hp she came as her grandparents
Got prayer to attend in fact
So while waiting for her grandparents
She came to my house and suddenly she suggest that I stay her house
As today morning she will have to fetch me in fact
I was afraid to ask my dad
So mum ask behalf of me and later pass the hp to me
So that I could speak to him
He ask me "if I am going out anywhere"
I said "No" and he allow me to go
Stayed in her house a night
And going to coll soon..

At Mohana house

Now I am at Mohana's house posting this as she was sleeping when I reach here...So now her mom is making breakfast for us...Ahyooo...She think she is the Queen so kena tunggu la...

Missing The Moment..

I miss him so much..
I want to be with him but I can't do so..
But memories always there...





Yea I miss hanging out with him..
I miss you..
I just hope that my exam is over..

Doctors lazing while patients wait

There is nothing to be suprise because this happen everywhere
I guess...What can we do as we only pay RM 1 to see the
doctor..There are also times the doctor is rude as they think they
are so great..Even worst the nurses is even rude than the
doctor and there are also some of them will be talking their stories and ignore
the patients..But what can we citizen do to overcome this problem?

I am glad finally..
Deputy Minister of Federal Territories Datuk M. Saravanan today “caught” two doctors at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) emergency department, reading newspapers and doing their own stuff instead of attending to more than 20 patients in pain waiting for treatment.
He even said that..
‘I was shocked to find one doctor reading a newspaper and the other minding his own business and doing his own stuff.

Now we know the reason why actually we are wasting more time
in hospital...

Double offer for SPM students?

Betul ke nie..Malaysia Higher Education Ministry said students with the SPM qualification will be given a double offer, a matriculation programme or a foundation/diploma course at a public university.Results of application will be announce on 1st May 2009 and registration for entry into the programme is on 11st May,10days after.
Those students who did not receive any offer can submit an appeal online at upu.mohe.gov.my after the announcement of the results on May 1.

I will gives great applause to our PM,Datuk Seri Najib Razak for defending his action on the removal of the 30 per cent Malay equity in several sectors and said that Malay businesses would not lose out despite any increased competition.Some market analysts and even political leaders have welcomed the scrapping of the quota in sectors such as health, tourism and transport. Dear Mr.Policeman

I don't understand what actually their job are when it comes to traffic? When a particular road is jam they will not be there but they will be doing an easy job by taking care of the road which is not heavy traffic..But I know that they have the right to issue saman..But what if I park a car at a place which I shouldn't park and I got saman? I know is my fault..It will be fair if they would issue the saman to other cars which is park at the same place that I do...After I removed my car another car will be parking at the same place where I park but they don't get saman for it..IS THIS FAIR???? I feel is totally unfair...Another thing about a policeman is that when they want to write a saman for us..All they will do is that..Saya tulis ah...Saya tulis ar..Then when we reply tulis la..Awak sure ke..Awak sure ke..Tak nak settle ar..Ahyoo...I donno what they want and I donno why they ask so many question..Ahyoo...Finish and settle once for all la..And their another problem is that they don't act as a police as when they stop a car they don't show their identity untill we ask them for it..So silly..

Apa la nak tulis saman tapi tak nak tunjuk identity card...Respect la the citizen..We have the right to know aso ok..

Jury Trial

The jury consist of 12 ordinary lay people who is randomly selected from the society.The don't have the knowledge of law and that's is the reason why they only determine question of fact.To give a verdict they have to decide wheather the defendent is guilty or not guilty.The 12 lay people is called jurors who sit in the Crown court fro ciminal cases and in Queen's Bench Division for civil cases.

The jury system is very important in the English Legal System where Lord Denning in the case of Ward v James says that the juries is 'bulwark of the liberties' as he had in his mind that the jury syatem is a institution that could safeguard right of individual against arbitrary abused of powers.The jury system is also known as a shield of citizen against the state.This is because the law is served for the society and what is the purposed of law if the society does not get involve in the legal system.With the involvement of the society into the legal system this could maintain the public confident that justice will be served in the legal system.

Qulification to be jury is mst be a resident in the UK for 5 years since the age of 13.Must be in the age between 18 to 70.Must be a registered voter.They must not be ineligible as mentally ill or as police or religious worker and must not be disqualified under the Disqualifed Act 1984 such as imprisoned.

The random selection of the society reflect the view of society but random selection does not mean that there is equal representation because all could be all male,all female,all black and all white. For example in a particular case if the accused is a black male who is charged for rape and the jury for the trial is all female and white.The verdict of the particular case could be that the accused is guilty.This shows that there is element of discrimination as in the case of R v Ford the judge refused to accept defendent's application for a mixed jury.But here Lord DEnning stated that that the defendent should accept the jury for their case as it is ramdomly selected from the society.

Since there is 12 lay people who will decide for a particular case shows that 12 minds is better than 1 because the judge deal with black letter of law day in day out in every case.But there are times also where the juries could not understand the fact of the case applying the case of R v Young where the court of apple found out that the jury in that particular case came out with their verdict by using an ouija board by calling the spirit to ask who is the murderer.Is this how justice could be achieve?

Every year,there will be annual prayer at BM temple
So this year it was on the 8/04/09
Which is on Wednesday
And because of that I didn't go for class
As I wanted to pour milk in the morning...
It was so crowed at the temple
Till got no place to park the car..

Then is rest time
As I woke up as early

So was tired..hehehe

After that,have to get ready again to temple at 11am
This time the cheriot is out for us to pray

As on the next day there will be mini thaipusam at my place
So went to temple and pray..
After that was my excited moment
Because have to go to air port to fetch my love...
